高速铁路接触网系统风险评估与维修计划优化

摘 要: 针对当前高速铁路接触网系统在维修管理中未将供电设备运行可靠性与故障损失综合考虑的问题,采用系统故障Petri网计算模型,结合不同故障损失等级划分,构建高速铁路接触网系统风险评估模型。以维修费用最小为目标,以风险损失和维修资源限制为约束条件,引入役龄回退因子,提出高速铁路接触网系统维修计划优化模型。应用混合粒子群算法,设计优化计算程序,给出求解维修计划优化模型的方法和步骤。实例分析表明,上述维修计划模型的工程应用将在维持接触网系统较高可靠性的同时有效控制故障失效风险。

Research on optimization of maintenance plan for high-speed railway catenary system based on risk assessment

Abstract:Because of the lack of comprehensive consideration of power supply equipment condition and fault loss in the catenary system maintenance management, a quantitative risk assessment model is proposed by using the fault Petri nets method and the loss level classing for counting failure rate. Taking the minimum maintenance cost as the optimization objective and the restrictions of risk cost and limited repair resources as the constraints, an optimization model for the risk-based high-speed railway catenary system maintenance program is built. To solve the optimization problem, a genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm with good convergence is designed. Simulation results show both reliability and fault risk of the high-speed railway catenary system can be controlled and the model can be used in actual operation.
