我国高速铁路固定设备维护体制模式研究

摘 要: 相对其他高速铁路发达国家,我国高铁维护管理模式有待进一步完善和创新。归纳我国高速铁路固定设备的维护体制模式,分析现存4种维护模式的优缺点。从加强工务、电务和供电等方面协调配合的角度,对我国高铁设备维护的创新模式进行前瞻研究。高速铁路设备维护的专业化、一体化和市场化将成为我国高铁维护业务的发展趋势。

Study of high-speed railway fixed equipment maintenance system mode in China

Abstract:Comparing with other advanced countries, the maintenance management mode of high-speed railway in China should be further improved and innovated. The maintenance system mode of fixed equipment in high-speed railway are summarized in this paper, and the advantages and disadvantages in four existing modes are also analyzed. Aiming to strengthen the coordination and collaboration in rail-track, electrical service, power supply etc, prospective studies on the innovation patterns of equipment maintenance in high-speed rail are performed. The specialization, integration and marketization of the equipment maintenance in China will become development tendency in the future.
