错缝拼装通用环管片环缝抗剪性能试验研究

摘 要: 基于宁波轨道交通错缝拼装通用环管片,通过原型试验方法对带凹凸榫环缝的抗剪性能进行研究。通过对试验结果的总结,获得接缝错台与剪力的的2阶段关系曲线。通过数据分析得到了环缝抗剪刚度在不同轴力作用下变化规律,明确了隧道环缝在轴力和剪力共同作用下的性能,并且得到不同受力阶段管片环缝的性能及抗剪刚度的变化。通过理论分析得到环缝不同抗剪构造的对环缝刚度及强度的贡献,并与试验结果相互对比印证,为环缝抗剪设计提供了技术支持和依据。

Experimental study on shear property of circumferential joint in general ring segment under the staggered assembling

Abstract:Based on the general ring segment under the staggered assembling of Ningbo rail transit, the prototype shear tests are conducted to study the shear properties of circumferential joint with rebate. By summarizing the results, the two-stage curve indicating the relationship between dislocation of circumferential joint and shear force is obtained. According to data analysis, the change rule of shear stiffness under different axial force is concluded and the mechanical properties of circumferential joint under the combination of axial force and shear force are obtained. Furthermore, the variation of mechanical properties and shear stiffness of the circumferential joint under different loading stages is obtained as well. The contribution of different joint structure to the stiffness and strength is gained by theoretical analysis and the result is compared to the experimental data to verify on another. The result thus provides technical support and basis for circumferential joint shear design.
