地坑式架车机托头接触问题的有限元分析

摘 要: 由于接触问题为非线性问题,计算成本高,参数设置复杂,且存在不收敛的情况,而节点耦合分析为线性问题,不存在以上问题,因此有必要研究采用节点耦合的线性分析代替非线性接触分析的可行性。以地坑式架车机托头结构为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS分别对其建立接触模型和节点自由度耦合模型,并在举升工况下进行接触分析。探讨接触刚度和摩擦因数等参数对计算结果的影响,分析2种模型计算结果的差别。分析结果显示,对于精度要求不高或接触面基本无相对滑移的模型,可以利用节点自由度耦合模型近似代替接触模型,将非线性分析转换成线性分析,使计算效率大大提高。

Finite element analysis of the contact problem on the head underfloor lifting system

Abstract:Since the contact problem is a nonlinear problem, and the computational cost of complex setups is high and exists divergence. But nodal coupling analysis is a linear problems, the above problem does not exist. It is necessary to study the feasibility of using the nodal coupling linear analysis instead of the nonlinear contact analysis. Taking the underfloor lifting system head structure as the research object, the finite element analysis software ANSYS respectively were used to establish a contact model and a node degree of freedom coupling model, and the contact analysis under the lifting condition was carried out. By exploring the contact stiffness and friction coefficient influence on the calculation results, the difference between the two model calculation results is analyzed. The analysis results show that for the model with no high precision or no relative slip of the contact surface, the model can be replaced by the coupling model of the node degree of freedom, and the nonlinear analysis is converted into linear analysis. The computational efficiency is greatly improved.
