摘 要: 基于博弈理论研究分析铁路货运和公路货运的竞争行为。通过建立铁路货运和公路货运的Hoteling模型，分析运输价格和服务质量之间的关系及其对竞争的影响，指出在产品可替代性强的情况下，在双方均不改善服务质量、只进行价格竞争时达到纳什均衡，而在产品可替代性弱的情况下，纳什均衡则在双方均改善服务质量的情况下达到。对重复博弈下的均衡结果进行分析，发现当双方的耐心足够大时可能会出现合作的情况，即双方都不改善服务质量、以获得更大的利润。

Abstract:The main objective of the paper is the game between railway and highway freight. First, an extended Hoteling model is constructed to analyze the relationship between the rate and service, and the effects on competition of them are also studied. It is clear that when the fungibility of transportation product is strong, the Nash equilibrium is that both of the railway and highway adopt the price strategy, and when the fungibility is weak, the Nash equilibrium is that both of them promote the service quality. Besides, this paper discusses the equilibrium of the repeated game and finds out that if both railway and highway have enough patients, they may try to cooperate, which means either of them will improve the service quality to achieve larger profit.
