随机需求下制造商供应商分销商合作优化

摘 要: 针对由一个制造商、多个供应商与多个分销商组成的生产—配送—库存—运输系统,在需求是连续随机变量的条件下讨论该系统的合作优化问题。在独立决策下建立双层规划模型讨论制造商、供应商、分销商各自的利润以及单位时间内该系统的总利润,在联合决策下讨论系统的总费用,利用改进的拉格朗日乘子法、改进的C-W算法和运输问题优化算法求出最优送货量、最优配送路径和最优发送量使系统总费用最小,以实现系统各成员共赢,并采用供应链收入共享协调机制将增加的利润合理分配给制造商、各供应商和各分销商。通过数值算例验证了在一定条件下联合优化模型优于独立决策模型。

Cooperation optimization of factories, distribution centers and distributors under stochastic demand

Abstract:In view of the production-distribution-inventory-transportation system composed of a factory, multiple distribution centers and multiple distributor, the cooperation optimization problem of the system is discussed under the condition of continuous random variables. A bi level programming model is established to discuss the profit of the factory, the distribution centers and the distributors as well as the total profit per unit of time of the system under the independent decision. The total cost of the system under the joint decision was discussed. Using the modified Lagrange multiplier method, the improved C-W algorithm and the optimization algorithm for transportation problem to seek the optimal delivery quantity, optimal distribution path, and optimal transmission capacity to minimize total system cost and to achieve a win-win system members. Using the supply chain revenue sharing coordination mechanism to make the increased profits distributed to the plant, the distribution centers and the distributors. The numerical example shows that the joint optimization model is better than the independent decision model under certain conditions.
